Ingredients:
- 700g chicken wings
- 50g lemon juice
- 20g water
- SPICE MIX
- 2 teaspoons dried garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
- 2 teaspoons raw sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons hot paprika
- POTATOES
- 1kg yellow or red potatoes
- 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
- salt to taste
Preparation:

1 Mix the spices and add the lemon water solution. Mix the marinade well and 2 brush it over the entire surface of the wings. Once this is done, let the wings rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. In the meantime, 3 begin peeling the potatoes.

Then 4 , if necessary, cut the potatoes into 5-centimeter pieces and soak them in a bowl filled with water. After an hour, 5 place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet, distribute the potatoes evenly, and season with salt and chopped rosemary. 6 Then arrange the marinated chicken wings on the oven rack.

7 Place the baking sheet with the potatoes on the bottom and the rack with the wings on top in a preheated oven at 200°C. Bake for about 60 minutes. 8 After 30 minutes of cooking, flip the wings and 9 stir the potatoes so they brown evenly. About every 10 minutes, move the potatoes as in step 9, until they are golden brown.
Advise
- Marinade : If the marinade dries out while brushing, add a little water and lemon to maintain the right consistency.
- Potatoes : If you like, you can prepare the peeled and chopped potatoes ahead of time by leaving them immersed in water in a bowl and storing them in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Cover the tips : If you don't like the tips of the wings to burn a little, you can cover them with a little foil shortly after halfway through cooking.
